How Pricing Works? (2023)

I am a bit old school.  I prefer to establish a relationship with my buyers, collectors.

There are many factors that influence pricing:

  • the year the painting was completed

  • the collection a painting is a part of | is it a triptych? | is it part of series or motif that I have revisited over years? | is it one-off?

  • size of the painting

  • the rarity of the piece | is it a figure? | a portrait? | a still life?

    • all of these factors play a different role in how pricing is determined

In general, still life’s (flowers), cost the least.

Figures will cost the most.  Portraits in between the two.

Size, year created and what collection the painting is a part of will be the main factors contributing to the final price.

*All pricing is subject to change.
